服务条款

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to DYLT’s website, design tools, content, and purchasing services (collectively, the “Services”). “DYLT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chengdu Ruhang Powu Information Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, contact, payment, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or order credentials and for maintaining their confidentiality.

2. Products and custom designs

Product images, visualizations, samples, measurements, and descriptions are provided to help customers make informed choices. Screen settings, lighting, photography, production methods, and natural material characteristics can cause reasonable differences in color, texture, transparency, pattern, inclusions, or dimensions.

For customized or made-to-order products, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the design, spelling, measurements, materials, quantity, and other specifications before production. Every order, including one started from a Gallery design, must be confirmed by you at the review step before it can proceed to checkout. Once production starts, changes may be impossible or may require additional time and charges.

Design requirements. A custom bracelet must contain between 22 and 33 standard beads. Spacers and other components are part of the bracelet design, are not counted toward the standard bead count, and are not sold separately. Each bead and component is priced individually in the design tool. No minimum price is imposed on an individual bead; the minimum applies to the complete bracelet product total.

We may refuse a design or order that is unlawful, unsafe, technically infeasible, infringes another party’s rights, violates these Terms, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, and shipping terms may change before an order is accepted. The price and charges presented for confirmation at checkout apply to that transaction, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Minimum product total. A custom-bracelet order must reach a product total of at least USD $118 before it can proceed to checkout. The product total is calculated from the beads, spacers, and other components in the saved design. Reaching the minimum bead count does not by itself guarantee that the minimum product total has been met.

What the product price includes. Handcrafting and gift packaging are included in the product price and are not charged as separate fees. Standard shipping is included for an eligible order shipped to the contiguous 48 United States or the District of Columbia when the product total is USD $118 or more.

Taxes and other charges. Any sales tax or other amount collected by DYLT is calculated or displayed at checkout before payment. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these Terms do not promise that a shipment is exempt from every government, carrier, customs, or brokerage charge.

Payment must be authorized through an accepted payment method. We do not guarantee that every payment method will remain available.

4. Order submission and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it for production. We may verify product availability, design feasibility, payment, fraud risk, delivery details, and legal restrictions before acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order for a reasonable reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or description error, unavailable materials, technical infeasibility, delivery restrictions, or legal compliance. If we cancel a paid order, we will initiate an appropriate refund for the cancelled amount.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. A customer may request cancellation within 24 hours after ordering only if production has not started. Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production begins, except for verified defects, damage, incorrect fulfillment, non-waivable legal rights, or another remedy we expressly approve.

6. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. DYLT currently ships only to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations is not available at this time. Customers must provide an accurate, complete, and serviceable delivery address.

Estimated processing and production time is 3–5 business days before dispatch. Estimated carrier transit time is 5–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs or security inspections, weather, supply, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will provide any delay notice, revised shipping estimate, cancellation option, consent process, and refund required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate law or another person’s rights;
  • submit infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, or unlawful content;
  • interfere with security, availability, or normal operation;
  • introduce malware, scrape protected systems, reverse engineer restricted components, or bypass access controls;
  • impersonate another person or submit fraudulent order or payment information; or
  • use our content, designs, or technology commercially without written permission.

8. Customer-provided content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content only as reasonably necessary to review, create, fulfill, support, and document your order, operate requested design or recommendation features, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. You must not ask us to reproduce trademarks, copyrighted works, personal likenesses, or other protected material without authorization.

The Services, DYLT branding, website content, software, product photography, and original designs remain owned by DYLT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in the Services or underlying design assets unless we expressly agree in writing.

9. Third-party services

The Services may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including hosting, checkout, payment, analytics, communications, artificial intelligence, and logistics providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s acts beyond the responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.

10. Service availability and errors

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We try to keep information accurate but may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We will not retroactively change an accepted order merely to disadvantage the customer, except as permitted by law or agreed with the customer.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DYLT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of non-waivable consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that any mandatory consumer protection applicable in the customer’s place of residence and incapable of lawful waiver remains unaffected.

Before commencing formal proceedings where appropriate, contact support@dyltstudio.com so that the parties can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. If the issue is not resolved, a claim may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, technology, or business practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law or an express agreement requires otherwise. The Terms presented when an order is accepted continue to govern that order where applicable.
