This Privacy Policy explains how Chengdu Ruhang Powu Information Technology Consulting Co., Ltd., operating as DYLT (“DYLT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our design tools, communicate with us, or purchase products (collectively, the “Services”).

DYLT currently sells and ships to customers at eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. We operate from the People’s Republic of China, so personal information may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate. See “International data transfers” below.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
• Order and transaction information, such as products, custom specifications, order history, payment status, refunds, delivery status, and customer-service records. Payment card details are generally processed by payment providers rather than stored directly by us.
• Design and content information, such as bead and component selections, bracelet measurements, custom text, uploaded content, saved designs, and preferences or instructions provided to design and recommendation features.
• Account information, such as login identifiers, authentication status, preferences, and account activity.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, interaction events, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic data.
• Communications, including messages, support requests, reviews, survey responses, and other information you choose to provide.
• Fraud and compliance information, such as risk signals, verification results, and information reasonably required to prevent abuse or comply with law.

2. How we collect information

We collect information:

• directly from you when you browse, design, order, create an account, subscribe, upload content, request a recommendation, or contact us;
• automatically through cookies, similar technologies, server logs, and analytics or security tools;
• from service providers involved in hosting, database services, design recommendations, checkout, payments, fraud prevention, communications, and delivery; and
• from other sources when permitted by law, such as platforms you use to interact with us.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• save designs and generate text- or image-assisted design recommendations that you request;
• process, produce, fulfill, deliver, cancel, return, or refund orders;
• authenticate users and maintain customer or staff accounts;
• communicate about orders, support, policy changes, and service messages;
• provide marketing communications where permitted and honor opt-out choices;
• understand website and product performance;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, abuse, and unlawful activity;

4. Uploaded content and recommendation features

If you submit text, an image, or other content to request a design recommendation, we and the service providers supporting that feature may process the submitted content and related technical information to produce the requested result, maintain security, diagnose failures, and prevent misuse.

Do not upload content containing sensitive personal information or content that you do not have the right to use. Recommendation outputs are suggestions and may not be unique. You remain responsible for reviewing a design before saving it or proceeding to checkout.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security, analytics, and, only when configured and permitted, marketing or advertising.

Depending on your location and the settings available on the Services, you may be shown a cookie banner, privacy preferences, or a data-sharing opt-out page. You can also use browser settings, unsubscribe links, and other controls that we make available. Some settings may affect Service functionality.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some analytics or advertising activities may be legally defined as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising in certain jurisdictions. If we engage in such activity, we will provide the disclosures and opt-out controls required by applicable law.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

• commerce providers that support checkout, orders, payments, fraud prevention, and store operations;

DYLT and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, including the People’s Republic of China, where DYLT is established and where products are made. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, relationship, and applicable law.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely retain it where deletion is not immediately possible.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use unique credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

To submit a request, contact support@dyltstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Transactional and service communications may still be sent when necessary.

11. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action. Additional age thresholds may apply under local law.

12. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, Services, or legal obligations. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by law. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits or requires otherwise.
